  The staff members were fantastic. They attended to you whenever requested. The views in the rooms are excellent. The pool and workout room were incredible. My boyfriend and I got stranded in the snow a couple of miles from Quebec City. When we called the hotel, the concierge sent someone out to help us. He was so kind and patient.
