the room was clean and appealing. the bed was comfortable and the kitchenette was stocked well for immediate use . I liked having a laundry facility in the basement and being close to the conferences and parliament buildings. the bathroom was clean and easy access to wifi for working. -

Location was perfect right in the old town. We walked everywhere and never needed any other transportation. The apartment was big and clean with a great outdoor patio for relaxing after a day of touring. The host met us as agreed and showed us around the apartment and was available if we had any questions. -

It's a beautifully restored facility, furnished to resemble a Victorian residence. It's very romantic. The owner has furnished it with antiques and lovely carpets and drapes, the opposite of a chain hotel. On the other hand, the wifi and flat panel TVs are completely up to date. -

Exceptional staff. I had issues with my Visa card and front desk spent 2 hours trying to help me . And always with a smile , very personal and humane.
We stayed the first week of August, so we were able to use a pool too. Nice , clean and entertaining for kids .

We like the location next to the restaurants of the Grande Allée, walking distance from the old Québec. We like the standard room which was spacious enough for us. The bed was super confortable. The bathroom was big too.
