The Crowne staff are so very friendly and helpful. It is by far the most
beautiful hotel in the Falls. The rooms are so comfortable...it feels
like "coming home" at the end of each day. The pool is one of
the only pools in the Falls with the perfect temperature. I liked taking

We had a great stay at the crowne plaza .There was a mix up in our booking and we had to wait to to have our reservation confirmed.The hotel made this up to us by giving us a free upgrade to a falls view room.It had spectacular views that we will remember for the rest of our lives.I would like to thank Trevor and Kasha for making our stay memorable .

Everything was wonderful! The staff were friendly and helpful, the resort was very clean and the water park, storytime shows and cub club were lots of fun. - My family and myself enjoy the easy of checking in and sufficient staff on duty at front desk.

The internet at the hotel was not functioning well even though otherhotels provide it for free and it runs fast. - location was fine, facilities good, but Niagara a disapointment.

The staff was very accommodating. They upgraded our room to a much
bigger suite with a living room and answered our request to have a
jacuzzi. The breakfast at the door is an amazing experience, except that
our friends didn't get theirs because they had a "Do not
disturb" sign on their door. Free parking. The ag restaurant was
really well-priced and excellent. Great services there.

When we were going to present our online confirmation papers to the front desk clerk she was rather abrupt and said she didn't need the paper just our I.D. She was a little too short with us which I didn't find very professional.

Best hotel ever! It is worth the money even though there are many other options available within the city. Staff very friendly and helpful! I had a problem with my bills but the manager resolved it quickly! They've got their reputation. The view from 21st floor is amazing!! Can't get any better! I will definitely stay here if I ever go to Niagara fall for my next trip!! The location is perfect! Maybe the best in the city.
