Staff extremely helpful. The kitchen was so useful to cook for our 2 year-old daughter. The room was closed to the kitchen, there was no worry to let the baby sleep in the room while we were cooking. We had a great time.

Exceptional staff. I had issues with my Visa card and front desk spent 2 hours trying to help me . And always with a smile , very personal and humane.
We stayed the first week of August, so we were able to use a pool too. Nice , clean and entertaining for kids .

We like the location next to the restaurants of the Grande Allée, walking distance from the old Québec. We like the standard room which was spacious enough for us. The bed was super confortable. The bathroom was big too.
