It was in a relatively good location just outside of the Old City and basically everything I wanted was within walking distance (did not take a cab or transit at all). My boyfriend and I got stranded in the snow a couple of miles from Quebec City. When we called the hotel, the concierge sent someone out to help us. He was so kind and patient.
