hostess very friendly and helpfull - good location to city (new 10min ,old 20min pleasant walk) ,subway (3min - one block) ,general stores and small reastaurants (in the neighborhood) - free parking - inroom kitchen (really liked the kitchen [daughter]) - Downtown location, kitchen and balcony in the suite.

The bed was incredibly comfortable. I opted for a bathtub and it was also comfortable with endless amounts of hot water. The toiletries are very good quality and replenished daily. I was there five nights and it was quiet every night. The coffee machine in the lobby is very good quality and I loved the hot chocolate. The staff are consistently helpful and friendly.

Located in a quiet neighborhood within a short walking distance to Mont Royal, Saint Laurent, and Saint Catherine. The indoor pool is excellent and the view from the rooftop deck is priceless. The staff is welcoming and courtesy. The rooms are equipped with a kitchen which is a nice option to save money. The underground parking provides security and peace of mind. This was my 2nd time staying and I will definitely return again!
