  The staff was very friendly and rendered prompt service. They gave some advice on the metro system and points of interest. The location was great. Easy access to the excitement. The lobby was as clean as it could be considering the amount of people checking in and out. No trash just luggage. With the amount of people the breakfast was small but ad... what people say » equate. - It was a really affordable price and everybody was nice! Everyone was always in a happy mood and smiling to everyone, and looked like they were ready to help their clients anytime! If it was not for the bathrooms and late breakfast, I'd stay there for every school trip I have to do in montréal!

  For the most part, the staff were very helpful and welcoming. I was booked under the wrong name but the staff on duty promptly fixed that error and helped me check in. The staff member that I mention below then showed me to the room I was staying in and answered all my questions well. The other guests in the room were very quiet. It was a ten bed ... what people say » room, and it reminded me of being at summer camp (which is a good thing). I was very happy with my experience and I would definitely do it again! - The French staff is amazing! We hang out with some of them, they advice good places!

  Excellent location ..very close to the main metro station ( Berri QUAM). The staff is very polite and friendly - gave us many free packaged water bottles. - Conveniently located near the Berri-UQAM Metro station. Bathroom was quite clean.

  It was clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. My stay was neither business nor lesisure. My daughter was in the hospital. The hotel was close enough to walk there. - The receptionist offered me to explain the different sites to visit in the city and the map, buses to take, good places to eat and it was very kind.
