The Dilworth Inn was a very pleasant place to stay; the rooms were lovely and clean, the pool/hot tub/sauna were fantastic, staff was always cheerful, helpful and knowledgable. We loved having the fridge and microwave in the room, plus a coffeemaker and many programs on tv to keep the kids busy when they weren't swimming. Continental breakfast was generous and offered many options. Have stayed at the Dilworth on 3 business occasions. Staff is really friendly, bed very comfortable, quiet, has a small, but very clean pool and a nice hot tub (much appreciated after hours of driving) Since last summer, they've created a small breakfast room and the complimentary breakfast suits me well Also have discount coupons at front desk for the White Spot next door.
all reviews » My friend & I were there from Kamloops for a little shopping therapy! The Dilworth is less than a block from Orchard Park Mall, Milestones and right behind WhiteSpot. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Enjoyed the private patio with all the flowers still in bloom outside. Although a bit dated, it had everything we needed and was $30 less than our other option. super clean, we never moved our car once in six days for shopping we could sample a different cuisine for breakfast everyday. and places to eat for dinner were in abundance. we're going to adopt as our vacation home. It is our home away from home...close to shopping, dining and close enough to walk back to room after a couple of drinks with dinner; Awesome pool, hot tub and steam room; and decent breakfast. My room was comfortable and clean. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Great location for food and shopping. All around nice place to stay. I will be back for sure.. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially Nicole who went out of her way to brighten everyone's day at breakfast every morning. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!. Superior staff 'went the extra mile' to help us with extra pillows, internet problems, etc. The free breakfast was a big bonus, and we also enjoyed the pool/hot tub. Location for Mission Creek regional Park was very convenient for an out of towner. The breakfast where I could have coffee with cream cheese and toasted bagels.Yum. Inn is located in a convenient place ,where we can see lots many shopping centres and also not far from downtown Then definitely it is economic and value for money. Ms. Grant and ms. Kim at the desk were both friendly, helpful, competent and were a wonderful public "face" for the hotel. I will stay again because of them. The room was a little dated but very clean and the bed was very comfortable - we slept well. The breakfast was nice - the staff was friendly and helpful. We thought the bed looked very small (was supposed to be a Queen) but we ended up sleeping for 9 straight hours which is something we seldom ever do!. The location was excellent. Made a reservation - Would have been nice if they put a couple more in the room knowing there would be more than two people. N/A. The hotel did not receive the same room description as we did from Bookings.com so we spent the first night in a room without a kitchenette before they could move us to a kitchenette room for the rest of our stay - not the hotel's fault and they fixed the situation as best they could but communication lines should be improved. Also, the sofa bed smelled like stale smoke - each time we returned and opened our door the first thing we were greeted with was the foul odor. Not the most modern site, but very enjoyable stay all the same. It was all good. I just didn't mark excellent because I thought the towels could be thicker and fluffier, and the same for the mattress. Should upgrade the rooms. the indoor pool was nice but it would have been better if there was an area to sit just outside the pool (in the sun or under an umbrella) by the pool. I would like to see blinds on the windows or shades that block out the morning sun - the curtains were too sheer for this and I need to have a dark room. I would have like to see the continental breakfast start at 6 am, as I usually had to be on my way by 630. Noisy air conditioner. Minimal selection of continental breakfast items. nothing. The only negative was the carpet outside the rooms. It was shabby and needed a vacuum. Inside the rooms it was fine. I got little extra- charge, I don't know why, I pay the taxes after that there is 20 dollars worth extra - charges on my bills I don't like it, I am not happy about that, No Gym, that is not good thing eighter. the aircondition too noisy. I found the Wi-Fi connectivity at the Dilworth Inn quite annoying and frustrating to deal with, disconnecting me every 10 minutes and taking quite a long time to reconnect. Old style tv's. Sauna was off and took much too long to warm up. Exercise room was closed in the morning when it should have been open; contained only cardio equipment. Breakfastroom was very small, but seems normal for Canada. The water pressure in the shower sucked. The decor was outdated. I would have liked decaf coffee but really, no complaints. The poop in the pool on Thursday night and the uncertain response from the acting manager when she was alerted to the problem. It was cleaned up the next day. I was very unimpressed with room 210 having no privacy or feeling of security with the large entertainment deck just outside the window. A half piece of plexiglass in front of the window..which, if opened, still does not give me a feeling of security, and no privacy. The breakfast was disappointing. Limited TV channels. couldn't get air conditioner to work hot tub not working. Very dated. Breakfast was ok but more items (eg yogurt and/or fruit other than apples) would have been nice. Cannot connect to wifi signal in some rooms. dated fixtures. traffic noise Traffic very busy. The exercise room needs to be bigger and needs weighrs and benches. Old style televisions and no toast of any kind is available at breakfast (although bagels and waffles were). very few tv channels. was very disapppointed to not be able to see many shows that were in the tv listings.
