Helpful & friendly staff Most comfortable accommodation with queen size beds..upgraded to keep us close to our adult daughter & our New Zealand friend who were travelling with us. Breakfast was excellent! We will definitely stay here again. We only had one night the Mount Robson and were well impressed with the overall package ie friendliness of staff and cleanliness and comfort of our room.

I guess we booked quite late, but I found it pricey for what it was and the beds aren't particularly comfortable. It is a bit pricey, but then it is in Jasper. The staff. About 6am and unexpected wake up call by the delivery truck, loading and unloading for a long 30 minutes was not what we paid for. Hughlgly overpriced at 306 cad per night. A total rip off. This is a motel, nothing else... Decoration is awfull, and make sure you avoid the Jakuzzi rooms as when a neighbourg decides to use it you just cannot sleep. Small room, sporadic wifi, noisy. the price the poor facilities. Rooms way too small, no armchair to relax in, no table to put takeaway food on, sink not in bathroom but outside it??? they need to paint the exterior, it looks like a prison. we requested an upstairs room and were told Bookings.com didn't relay that information. the day we got there, they changed the rate for upcoming dates. not happy. price. Noise - Trains all night long. Outdated television. Bathtub had stains. The room was very small for a queen room. We barely had room to turn around in it for the two of us. There was too much furniture in it. I would rate it as a single room. The bathroom area was extremely small. The nozzle was missing off the showerhead. Would not recommend this place for the money we paid!. Soft pillows. air conditioner ran all night- not very efficient and was quite loud.
