  I had a great experience. The suite was spotless, well equipped, and could have fit my entire family - I regret that I was alone and only spending the night. Great deal. All of the front desk staff were personable and helpful, and readily directed me to places I needed to go.   One of the better hotels I had encountered during my trip through western Canada. What I mostly will remember is the friendly staff. For larger hotels rather rare these days.   The room was immaculate. It had a beautiful four person jaccuzzi tub that was a wonderful romantic addition to our stay. The room was so large and had a the biggest flat screen tv we have ever seen in a hotel. We decided to watch a movie in our hotel instead of at the theatre downstairs because the bed was so cozy and the tv offered us the ability... what people say » to watch movies that were still in theatres. It was fabulous. The hotel was attached to the mall, and nice restaurants stayed open until after midnig - I stayed there with my sister. We took a couple of days off work to get away from everyday life. We started to relax as soon as we got to the hotel. The staff was very friendly andrespectful. We loved that we could park in a safe place, and carry our bags to our roome anytime. L2 restaurant was also very good. We just really enjoyed our stay.

  How quiet my room was. I was close to the elevators and was afraid that noise would keep me up, but I could hardly hear the hallway. I also liked that my thermostat was extremely adjustable and quick to respond.   I had forgotten a very special bracelet in the bathroom. I called and thankfully it had been found! They sent it in the mail to me and I had it within a couple days. Amazing customer service! - The room was clean and comfortable. Close to West Edmonton Mall which was great.
