  I had a great experience. The suite was spotless, well equipped, and could have fit my entire family - I regret that I was alone and only spending the night. Great deal. All of the front desk staff were personable and helpful, and readily directed me to places I needed to go. The kitchen is nice and also the living room. I like the location also it is accessible to any shops, resta - I'm in my 40's and have never stayed at a hostel. Honestly thought I would "have to make the best of it" but wanted to try a new experience. Staff were very helpful and I met tons of friendly folks to chat and spend the evening with. I would actually chose this option in the future vs. Staying in a hotel if I'm by myself. Next time I'd bring along a bottle of wine to share in the common room! Great experience! :)

They treated our kids like people and got us anything we needed. The cleaning staff even figured out we were there for dance and left extra makeup removers in our room. The breakfast was great!! We were at the UofA and in rush hour it was a 25 minute drive. - This hotel had renovations ongoing during my stay, and had notices posted everywhere that if something was in the halls or if there were loud noises in the day this was the cause. This was a big bonus for me as then no one was left in the dark. The pool/hot tub was very relaxing, and everything was in good repair. Will be returning.

  How quiet my room was. I was close to the elevators and was afraid that noise would keep me up, but I could hardly hear the hallway. I also liked that my thermostat was extremely adjustable and quick to respond.
