  we really liked the easy access to all the city spots we enjoy,our children live 10 minutes away from the hotel..we liked that the rooms were cool and we enjoyed the small balconywe look forward to our next trip early september. - Everything, except for the noisy AC (They provide earplugs) and some failures in daily housekeeping

  The Bistro was excellent. I like a breakfast included and this was a full breakfast with fresh fruit, sorted breads, cereal and eggs. Very friendly staff. I ate several dinners & lunches there too. The front desk couldn't have done more for me. Always asking if they could assist with anything else. While I was there there were 3 speedskating t... what people say » eams in the hotel, Russia, Nederlands & Australia. You don't see that everyday! - The hotel is excellent, really modern. While the rooms are on the small side, it perfectly suited my needs. The reception staff were phenomenal. So courteous and helpful. I loved how close the hotel was to the C-train, just a 5-10 minute walk to the station which meant that I could avoid high taxi fares when going into the city.
