Five of us stayed in a two-bedroomed suite, overnighting between landing at the airport and picking up a motorhome. This was the best hotel experience of our Canadian holiday; not the swankiest, not the best located, not the most elegant, but by far the most hospitable. Early check-in? No problem. The location, the staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious, there was a DVD player in our room, the kitchenette was well furnished. They even delivered a copy of the bill directly to our room for review, so we only needed to stop at the front desk for a minute. -

The staff were excellent, especially the young man on reception who checked us in. He was so helpful, courteous and good humoured. Nothing was too much trouble, he is an absolute credit to the company.
Our room was very comfortable and clean with everything you could want for a comfortable stay.
Shuttle service was excellent.

The staff were the most friendly and helpful I've seen in years. The lobby was gleaming it was so clean. The location was awesome for an out of province driver. The rooms were a nice size and very clean as well. We ate in the restaurant, breakfast buffet and it was fabulous. I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff and this hotel.

kids area! The fact that I let the hotel know that the sliding door
wouldn't open and it was fixed by the time I got back to the room!

The hotel was in the downtown of calgary... just few blocks and you will be in the shopping district...Also just steps to be in prince island... The area is quit at night...The wireless service was just lunched into the whole hotel... Starbucks is just downstairs.... The stuff are friendly ... I get an upgrade to dulex room free of charge... -

Having a Starbucks in the hotel is the main reason I stay. Good to have a decent coffee shop.

Close to Calgary airport this well run complex was a nice welcome to Canada. Our only meal there was a good quality breakfast. Large room was very comfortable. No noise from busy road.

By the time we checked in, it was midnight and we just need a clean room with nice and comfy bed to lie down. And we were not disappointed. The room was clean, cool and have nice and comfy beds . The toilets are well equipped with all the accessories. Only thing is missing in the toilet is the exhaust and after the hot shower nothing can be seen

We liked the fridge and microwave in the room since we stayed for a week it was nice to have some quick meals in the room. The beds were very comfortable. The food was excellent at the Steels restaurant and reasonably priced.
