It was very Clean.
location fairly close to skytrain.
In general I didn't like it. It was dirty. All roooms were smelly . Air was not fresh in my room . One night I slept in my car . Toilet was not clean.
Location was not that close to Public Transport ,20 minutes walk.

Seems like it's only about grabbing people's money at this place. The rooms are very poor, no beds, only matrasses, ( few ) furniture is partly broken.
We asked for cancellation of the last night (7 nights booked) right at the registration, but the host was very unflexible.
The whole stay was a desaster, had to Change the first room as it was about 40 °C and no window to open and no A/C.
Better spend 10 CAD more and stay in another location...
