We lived our stay in the Deluxe Room. The room was very clean and the style of the the room is unique to what we're familiar with. We were on the 2nd floor and the floors felt heated, not sure if it was from rooms below or actual floor heating. The bathroom is huge, separate tub from glass shower. Thank you to the staff at Charleton Cedar Court.

This was a return trip to this property and we were not disappointed. The rooms are large and well laid out; the bathrooms are nice and roomy and very clean. The staff was again friendly and knowledgeable for the area attractions. Breakfast is included in the very affordable price. Excellent value for the money - will stay there again.

We absolutely loved the steam room in the pool! The hotel is very well kept and clean :)

The only down side I found was the placement of our room. We had to go outside and walk around the deck to get to the pool and back to our room, making for a chilly trip in the winter!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were VERY clean and spacious. The kids loved the pool as well. We really enjoyed this hotel.

Maybe a better breakfast selection -- but otherwise, it was great.

We stayed in the king size loft suite and it was very beautiful with the fireplace and loft. It was a nice romantic place to stay for a weekend getaway

Good staff, they give us great help for the trip plan. Comfortable spa, my bany enjoy it very much. Good design for the room, my family could cook in the small kichen in the room as well as my baby's meal. Thanks for the monderful hotel.

Nice two night stay in Banff. The room was fine for us but anyone who has trouble with stairs check rooms before booking the room we had had a spiral staircase to a mezzanine level bedroon

I was surprised that when we came back from dinner there was a card, chocolates and champagne waiting for us for our 20 th anniversary. It was a very very nice touch !!!

That there was no bath tub only a shower, and there was no washroom on the second level

the electrics in the room did not work - the outlet point for the lamp did not work and the bathroom light blew the whole fitting. The maintenance man said there were faults in the adjacent room also which suggested that the faults were not new.

the bed was confortable and the room and the bathroom were very spacious and well furnished. The staff was friendly and kind.

one of the electronic keys they gave us didn't work. Our room (n. 203) looked out onto the hotel beside the Charlton Cedar Court: that's why it was pitch dark, even on a sunny morning.

Convenient location -- only a 10-15 minute walk to the main shops on Banff Avenue. Ladies in the little breakfast area were very friendly!!

Almost everything, except the stairs to the loft bedroom is narrow and steep. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is great. A sideline note for Chinese travelers: Silver Dragon on Banff Ave is an excellent Chinese restaurant.

We had the loft suite, which was very clean and comfortable, and newly renovated. Fireplace is a nice bonus on cool nights. Enjoyed the coffee/tea makers and products provided. Lovely breakfast was included.

The concept of loft bedroom is nice, but at our age, not convenient to the bathroom on the lower level, by way of spiral staircase. Also, would like a balcony to maximize fresh air and scenery.

Everything. This was a luxury hotel at a moderate price. Room was large and spacious. It had a soaker tub and separate shower. Bed was so comfortable. It had a pool/Jacuzzi/steam room. It was a short walk (1/2 - 1 mile) to downtown but far enough away from the noise and crowds of downtown shoppers. Complimentary breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Charlton Cedar Courts was very nice. We actually only stayed for the one night. We found the loft a little hot as we had very hot weather. We asked the staff if we could move rooms and they actually upgraded us to the sister hotel. The Royal Canadian Delta Lodge and it was amazing! The staff was great and the stay was great!!
