  I appreciated the warm welcome at the reception. I was in the Gold Lounge and had some excellent facilities like wifi, breakfast, books and newspapers. The room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The staff was very courteous. I needed a specific type of tea which was supplied immediately. The location was excellent for my conference a... what people say » nd quick shopping and cafes - This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The every one of the staff members were incredibly friendly, the valet, front desk, even the janitor! The location is amazing. You're right downtown Ottawa, parliament hill is right next door, the byward market is a 2 minute walk away and you're also right by the rideau mall and numerous museums.

  Room was great. Had a wonderful roman tub and separate shower, comfy king size bed and view of the Parliament buildings. Enjoyed the pool and outdoor hot tubs. Arome Restaurant was excellent - food, presentation and service. - Beautiful, luxurious bathrooms and fantastic view !!
