  Everything. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was good: very near the castle, the main attraction of the city. The food was good enough. The room was clean, we had a towel and a bedlinen. Their garden is small but very pleasant and romantic. Amazing common areas with lots of young people, free all-you-can-eat breakfast, light dinner and beer. Very close to the fortress and the center. Double rooms with private bathroom! There is also one amazing tavern very close to the hostel, where we had our cheapest meal in bulgaria!!!!
