It was an amazing place to stay in Varna... just next to the most beautiful part of the city (i.e. park). The venue is just beautiful, rooms are clean and quite with great patio (for relaxation). Restaurant &bar (with a romantic view on the sea) offers delicious food...Seems they organise sometimes a salsa party - that was a great fun! good value of money (i.e. we have been off the season paying <31 euro for single room)...moreover the stuff is really helpful and speaks good English, fre.
all reviews » The rooms are immaculate and very pleasant. There are great views of the Black Sea and my room had a lovely terrace with a great view of the Black Sea. The Sea Garden begins right at the end of the hotel and it is a very pleasant walk into the city either by the seaside or through the Sea Garden. The value for the dollar is extremely high. The location is great! Big and safe territory for children to play. Very close to the beach and and all kid`s sightseeing (dolphinarium, zoo, amusement park). A lot of cafes nearby. Friendly staff. Beautiful views, tranquility, wonderful, I loved the restaurant, lovely design, quality service. A paradise between the nature of the forest and the sea, fully recommended. just off the beach at the same time almost in the city center and flowing with luxury and comfort. Nice hotel in beautiful park and excellent view around. It is situated in a complex of other facilities such as club, bar, restaurant, so we had easy access to eat or have fun whenever we wanted! It is not far from the clubs and near to the park. Beautiful hotel territory, very close to the public beach and city centre. Lots of nice little restaurants on the beach nearby. Good location good price good parking. Great location!. nothing was wrong. The staff is not always manning the reception area and there is no direct line to reception through the room phones so it can be difficult to contact them when you need them. The flat-screen TV's are low quaity Sangs and the image is sometimes blurry with the added negative effect of colour washout. The minibars are not stocked during the off-season. Due to a job interview at 9 am, we could not enjoy breakfast, but it sure was wonderful, like everything else. There wasn't any shampoo products in the bathroom and when i asked for them they simple didn't have any! Also, the pisctures of the room don't reflect to the reality, the "suite" was consisted of 2 different bedrooms, with one bathroom in each one, which was situated in the same building. The two-star rooms have no windows, which is a bad addition to a dirty air conditioner. All in all, it doesn't smell good. Difficult to access due to incomplete address, but when we arrived after is very easy going, some fixtures are damaged. Serious problem is the bathroom without bath and shower without the waters scattered throughout the bathroom and forced transfer is within the waters throughout the building. Totally unprofessional staff.
