  The service was immaculate, the Water heater broke and they fixed it in just a couple of hours. They picked us up at the airport and delivered us there as well. The pool is clean and has a good size - you can get snacks, drinks and food at the pool as well. The room was cleaned every day, with new towels and bed sheets/bedding. We did not use the ... what people say » fitness room, but other people seemed to enjoy it. There was a game room(billiard and computer game) and a kids room as well but we never got to use i - I struggle to find anything bad to say about this hotel. It was clean and the rooms were clean on arrival and cleaned everyday. All queries dealt with and service was prompt. Location is not far from main strip and would estimate as a 10 minute walk.

The hotel is located 15 minutes walking from the Sunny Beach center and 15-20 min walking from the beach - was an advantage for us, looking for something quiet.
