Unfortunately our baby fall ill on the last day and I cannot be greatful enough to the staff, namely to Angelo to organize a doctor visit in 5 minutes and arrange everything so we could reach our flight to home. The staff is wonderful in this hotel, they are very helpful, friendly, do not hesitate to let them know if you need sg (we informed them that we will arrive with a baby in the monring, so 45 minutes after landing in Burgas we could occupy our room, with baby cot already set). all reviews » There is a fantastic breakfast with a big variety of food! The hotel is located very close to the sea (about 2 minutes by foot). And you can find 'free zone', just buy somewhere an umbrella if you need some shadow. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The cleaners are very diligent (they changed our towels even if we didn't ask them to do it). We stayed there for 12 nights and it was absolutely fine. The staff is one of the best I've seen in all the hotels I've been. Nice, friendly, always smiling, available and fluent in english. Rooms are clean and spacious. Location 10 min away from city center and 15 mins from Cacao/Bedroom beachbars. 2 mins away from the beach, 24h shopping in the same building and restaurant facility (breakfast was ok). Hotelul ofera un pret absolut corect, chiar redus as putea spune, avand in vedere calitatea si confortul cazarii. Curatenia in camera se face zilnic chiar daca vii numai pentru 3 zile ! Mancarea de la restaurantul hotelului este absolut delicioasa si multa :-) !!! Hotelul este la 5 min de plaja!. The staff is friendly, helpful and speaks fluent English. Lotus hotel is located in a good area, its very central and very close to the beach. the staff was so helpful (Giovanni and Pam ). The hotel is clean and not too much expensive for the services offered. Room was clean and close to the beach. Very warm, friendly staff and very close to the Bansko restaurant, which has the best and cheapest Bulgarian food in Sunny Beach. We liked everything about the hotel. Will visit again. very nice spacious room + bathroom, fine location, clean, good breakfasts (fruits,cereals,sweets,ham,eggs etc),. Good value for money, close to town center and the beach. Room size, interior, comfort, kitchen. We could take our small dog with us. location small market close to the hotel. If you want silance this hotel (but non of the center) maybe not suit you as until 1 am you will hear the music of the nearby restaurants and bars. But with even with this our 1 year old baby slept without any problem. There is no swimming pool. But if they had one, it would be at least 4 stars =). Air conditioning is noisy. Karaoke goes on until 2am in the bar close to the hotel (noise level is still acceptable in the room). Moquette in some parts of the room (not in the toilet, luckily). wirelles-ul nu prea functioneaza, semnal extrem de slab !. A bit noisy as it is surrounded by karaoke bars. At night music can be a bit loud but if you close the balcony door the noise fades away. It is located at one end of the resort so it takes you about 15-20 mins to get to the center of the resort on foot. However you can get a minicar, carrige or a taxi and you get there much faster so not a real issue. Unfortunately the internet was not working in the rooms... The view from our budget room was not the greatest. It faces the rear of the Lotus and it's adjacent hotel. There is no swimming pool on the hotel premises. kinda noisy location (it's standard around centre of Sunny beach), really terrible "budget room", it's ugly, dark and small and it's not even into Lotus hotel, it's some small building behind the hotel, where u feel totally poor, so rather we bought bigger room in the hotel and it was perfect then. Boring and low quality food. poor lighting in the room. No fruit at breakfast. parking.
