- the hotel is situated on the Flowerstreet in the centrum near the beach and shopping and restaurants, amusepark is near and everything else too - beautiful sight to the sea, city and mountains, we stayed in the main building on the 15 th floor's suite with 3 older kids - good breakfast, you can choose from big choice of breads, cereals, cheeses, coffees, tees. all reviews » The hotel is located at the heart of Sunny Beach and also so close to the beach, less than 3 mins by walking. The center is a little bit noisy after midnight but it is worth. Central location, easy transportation, reasonable price, nightlife, so close to lots of restaurants and bars. BB option is the best option for this hotel. loved the apartment we stayed in...we will definately be returning next year...Bar 1 fantastic food and friendly staff..pool area was lovely, kids loved it....overall very good and clean location is just perfect. Excellent location,right in the centre. - big noise of discos and restaurants from Flowerstreet even we stayed on 15th floor - two unfriendly men working in the reception: friendly service and behavior is important for customers next visit - jellyfishes were nasty but not dangerous in the clear sea water - very cold water in the pools in September - lifts were too busy and you have to waite sometimes too long time - no safetybox in the suite/rooms, only near the reception was the safetyboxes - bad free wifi connection. Elevators/Lifts need a complete maintenance. Everyday somebody locked in an elevator. If you have claustrophobia, better to ask a room from lower floors. Also, there is a WIFI connection problem. Breakfast food wasnt great...This has nothing to do with the hotel but cherry pickers outside the Nectun hotel and along that strip bulied my brother which is only 14 years of age and on his own by takling everythibg in his wallet...something has to be done about this as its going to give sunnybeach a bad name.... The level of noise from the restaurants and bars below (I was on 9th floor.), but this should be expected a party beachside destination. Free WIFI but didn´t anywhere!. Wrist band. Only 3 lifts and always busy!. No information in room regarding hotel services of facilities eg restaurant open times, check in/out times. No kettle/tea making facitities in room. No list of channels available on TV No info on other services/attractions available in area. Music was loud at night. internet connection. Staff was a bit rude. it only looked old fashion...but it was a good hotel. The staffs of the receptions rude and careless. hotel rooms old, wlan was not good, smal rooms, the last day the staff wanted to make us responsible for the disapper from 7 towels, and they would ask 20€ for each towels...quite impudence... after a long discussion we doesnt pay... I booked an apartment, but I discovered it is not located in the same building, it is around 100m behind the main hotel building. Very poor breakfast.you have to pay for safe box. no parking.
