Staff very willing (unfortunately we were there on Sunday when the restaurant is closed, but was immediately recommendated other, very good).   Everything, at least in terms of accommodation & related services. From the personnel (especially the very kind and extremely English-articulate young guy who was on duty the evening we arrived) to our (superior) room' sheer space - enormous! :) -, features & design. Good beds (even they were twin, not a matrimonial), nice LCD TV, powerful... what people say » A/C, awesome shower area (I do have a sensitivity towards this kind of feature)... Add to this the location - not on a central road, but close enough - The hotel was small and very coquettish, very clean and comfortable, quiet location. I liked very much the bathroom and also the rooms were quite comfortable. The service was good, most of the staff speaks English, all the persons from the reception were very complacent. We also had free parking in the hotel yard and appreciated the location as it was very close to the centre of the city, parks, museums, restaurants and pedestrian walk boulevard.

  very central, nice bathroom with shower cabin, nice double bed (actually ONE bed) choice of breakfast for 5 extra leva was reasonable TV with lots of different stations - The staff did everything they could for you. I spoke no Bulgarian, and all spoke some English. The Restaurant was excellent. Food was marvelous.

  The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very tasty. - The staff were oblıgıng and the hotel was very adequate for our requırement. There was an excellent locked yard to park our car. About 200m walk to the centre of the cıty.
