Sozopol is a popular seaside resort known for the Apollonia Art and Film Festival, which takes place in early September. Airport transfers are available on request at an additional charge.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. We did have a problem with the hot water in our room on the first night of our stay, we were moved and upgraded the following morning. The restaurant offered a varied menu and the quality of food was good. The breakfast menu was also varied. The situation is beautiful and the views form the restaurant are the best on Sozopol. Im sure when the pool is open in the summer it will be very busy so I would book early to avoid disappointment.
all reviews » We thought, the size and furniture in rooms were very modern and clean, the beds were particularly comfortable. The view was amazing, the terraces very attractive with lovely fauna. The staff always polite and friendly, Anna in particular, The location was perfect just far enough along to be a little quieter but not too far to walk to the shops and restaurants. Absolutely a must! It's a very nice location,the view is fantastic! the swimming pool is a very good place to relax,clean and large enough for swimming. The woman from the reception is a very nice person and I think she really enjoyes her work! The apartment was big and comfortable,also the balcony. I will definitely retourn there!. The old town of Sozopol is very beautiful. The hotel location is great. The chief manager Ann is very professional. Her attitude is particular and friendly. The staff is very polite. Excellent location right in the heart of the old town. Breakfast was pretty good and even had black tea which is a bit of a rarity in Bulgaria. Ask someone to show you how to switch the hot water on when you arrive. The hotel has unique architecture on the yard with infinity swimming pool and restaurant talbes on 5 ot 6 different levels. I traveled with my family with 3 children including 1 year old.The staff is friendly , very helpfull. I will be back next summer again. This is the second year me and my husband stayed there and we love the place. The views of Sozopol Bay are spectacular, the hotel is nice and clean and the staff are really friendly, especially Ani. I We will definitely go there again. The restaurant with a pool and sea view was a fantastic place to spend a hot afternoon or just watch the scenery. They are some very young people-almost looking like teenagers and they don't know how to behave. But this is not an important thing. Room was a bit small and definitely need some thicker curtains / blinds. Noise from surrounding bars at night, no POS terminal for credit cards available at the hotel or restaurant and lots of stairs to get to our room. I think this hotel should consider to move to little higher level regarding services used in the luxurious hotels (E.G. credit cards acceptance, better mattraces and shampoo in the room, etc.). The triple room has no balcony. Room a little basic. Wardrobe door fell off first day and was not replaced. Shower door screen also difficult to open/shut. Cleanliness of room could have been better, although elsewhere in Hotel was very good. Some of the Staff could be better at speaking/understanding English. Breakfast a little basic also, could be more choice of fresh fruit, cereal, etc. We had booked a economy double room. It was small but it would be ok if it weren't for the terrible smell of sewers coming from the shower drain. The bed was also not uncomfortable and the sheet didn't cover the whole madras. Since it was end of season, Anna let us change to an apartment on the top floor for the same price. Great handled and it was so much better! :). Nothing. That they did not except credit/debit cards as stated on the hotel info on letsbookhotel.com site. There was a kitchenette in our room only had a fridge and sink,,would have been nice for the room to have a kettle. Standard room too small. The service of the waitresses was a bit poor sometimes. When I've arrived they told me that the room is no longer available and someone took it before 15 minutes. Also they blamed letsbookhotel.com for this mess. Finally they have give me a room in another building.
