The receptionist was very welcoming and provided a detailed map and recommendations for activities, restaurants and sights. Guidebooks available for borrowing, and they really look after you! This place attracts great people as well- had a wonderful time here! Very good wifi connection as well.

  Just it was all nice...!!!Hostel Lavele is situated in a very convenient place next to Vitosha main street . Actually , it is not a typical hostel. It's modern beautiful and crystal clean place ...from the rooms and the breakfast area till the bathroom!In addition , Mario ( the receptionist ) is a very courteous guy ready to share any useful info... what people say » rmation around the city .I asked him to give me some cards , because I'm 100% sure that next time I'm gonna visit Bulgaria I'll stay there :-) - Mario the owner of the hostel is very polite, friendly and interested in people and their stories. The rooms are small and you have to share a small bathroom with the other guests, but the atmosphere is very warm and nice. It is clean and well designed. They make their own joghurt and bread and you are in the center of the city. You can visit everything by feet and I'd absolutely like to come back! The city and the people are great, too! Very friendly and fascinating.

  the staff was very nice and helpful. the location was also good. it was walking distance from the railway station and centre. the room is a bit old but decent. i had no problems while i was staying. - The hôtel is clean and 10 minutes to the city center. The room is big. It is good value for the money.
