  Every single thing... It was an excellent stay and after my experience with the hotel in greece this was paradise. I do not thing anyone would have something to complain about. - Very friendly and efficient staff. Excellent restaurants on site.

New hotel , decorated with taste , large rooms , clean , lcd with international channels ,wifi (dont checked) Good underground parking for 6-8 cars Very good breakfast .Next a Mac Donalds and a Billa supermarket .Mostly i liked staff, is young and speaking good english and not hostile ... Hey wake up , tourists are not your ennemies..Nice place to stay if you are passing Sofia . - Staff polite and helpful. Breakfast was fine, loved the chocolate pancakes! Nice small shopping square, Billa and Kaufland within walking distance, as is the Metro station, Happy Bar and Grill next to the hotel but we ate in the restaurant and it was lovely. The waitress we had could have done with some lessons in friendliness but she corrected her mistake.

  Great location, very clean and the service was fantastic. Would recommend to anyone and would use again if in Sofia. - Staff were friendly and courteous ( spoke good English ). The rooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was very good. All in all it was very good value.

  Modern, comfortable, free internet, localization - The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help with enquiries about places to visit and restaurants and bars. Nothing was too much trouble for them and this is one of the best value hotels that I have stayed in.
