Everyrhing was fine as expected

Just to tell everybody that EVEN outdoor pool must be paid. We only used it for 5min(and not the spa or nothing else ) but they charged us both (with my wife ) for 10levas each. We tried to explain but nothing changed their mind. It was the most expansive swimming pool we tried.

Spa is very good. There is a lot of nice details to enjoy in. Breakfast was good. The place is fancy. It is quiet in the evening. Everything is cheap in Bulgaria.

There is no exchange office nearby, and they accept bgn only. You pay additional for using spa, gym and indoor pool.

The pool wasn't open even though it was 30 degrees. The spa cost extra. Neither of these things were made clear at the point if booking.

Dirty, poor internet connection, late breakfast not convenient, so bad room condition.
