The room service staff were at your door everyday asking you if you wanted your room to be clean. This is a good service and they were all the time friendly and smiling. The breakfast was healthy and was a variety of everything. Bar kitchen, bellboy and reception always helpful and facilitating everything to the needs of the guest. great service in general. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

Quite big and comfort rooms, good breakfasts / reastaurant, everything else is OK.

WI-fi is terrible, it didn't worked almost all the time. you could only catch it somewhere near the reception. Not acceptable for a hotel, I guess.

The recepcionist was really unkind when he understood that we book the room from letsbookhotel.com cause the price was totally different.

Location in my interest area, excellent value for money, nice and clean.

Lobby bar is closed all the time (alternative is the upper floor restaurant), basic breakfast if you get there in time, poor selection of tv channels (most of them in Bulgarian).
