Super place to stay - for business or pleasure. Staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Great food, clean and ubercool rooms and only a 10 minute ride from the centre, in the forest with super views. This is the best of both worlds. Will definitely be returning.

Incredible view of the town and the mountain. Very clean rooms and spa. Very friendly personel. Price.

The shower in the room is not functional, the hair dryer was broken and the mattres was linning. The temperature of the communal areas was cold for my taste.

The hotel is situated in a lovely peacefull place in a small forest, about 20min drive from Sofia center. The room was spacious, and very clean, and tasteful decoration. Comfortable double bed, dress room, big bathroom with shower and jacuzzi, fireplace, PC with internet connection, and an enormmous balcony with nice view completed the picture. Personell is very kind and helpful. I think it's a very good choice if you dont mind the distance from city center. In our next visit in Sofia most probably we will choose it again.

A few things were missing from the kitchen equipement, such as small spoons and a water boiller. Breakfast is rather poor and not in accordance to the hotel status.

The location is perfect, above Sofia, just 1 step away from the woods of Vitosha mountain. It's the right place for relaxation, fresh air and good sleep in the nature. There is a beautiful Sofia night view from the terrace. The hotel is well designed, with lots of facilities and beautifully decorated interior. Overall it is the right choice for a one or two nights stay, if you want to be in the nature, away from the big city noise, but at the same time just 15 minutes from the center by car.

The towels were not exactly white (there was a slightly rose shade, a result of mixed colors washing). No hot water kettle, no tea bags or coffee in the room. Very poor breakfast (even juice was not provided and when we asked for it, we were told we have to pay for it). Staff was not as helpful and friendly as you would expect them to be.

The staff are very helpful. The food is good and reasonably priced. The hotel has majestic views of the Vitosha National Park. The hotel has lots of character.

We've stayed here twice and will stay here again the next time we are in Sofia. The rooms are well designed, very clean, and the beds are comfortable. The area is very quiet and walking paths into the woods are steps away. The fitness room, steam room, sauna and pool are fantastic. While the hotel is on the edge of town, we found that driving into the center of Sofia is quite easy.

The wifi connection is weak on the upper floor. Another router or repeater would help.

Very nice weekend spa getaway. Nice to have the pick up service from the airport. Nice spa. The staff was accomdating to our needs, and went out of their way to meet our requests. Beautiful mountain setting, with some nice hiking trails.

The Hotel is in a beautiful area with a great view of Sofia. The rooms are lovely, and the dining areas are very nice! The food is EXCELLENT!

There was nothing that I did not like about this Hotel. In fact I liked it so much that I am going back in a few days time to stay there again on my next trip to Sofia..

Nice setting up in the mountain which you can explore on your doorstep by heading through the woods. Great spa facilities, excellent restaurant

The shower is a wet room which didn't completely drain after so was annoying when using the toilet/sink after someone had had a shower. A suggestion would be that the hotel could provide a slightly raised wooden mat so as to avoid wet footprints over the cream carpets

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff really went out of their way in order to help us. The airport transfer was free although the airport is 20~30 minutes away. The hotel itself is in the mountains and it is beautiful from the outside. The inside isn't much different. Really well decorated, clean and luxurious. Room was very spacious as was the bed. Nice breakfast and also excellent restaurant. We really felt well taken care of and have the best impressions.
