  "Pirotska" is a very quiet street, not far from the city centre, a 2-min-walk to metro station. The street is full of coffee bars (however these are a bit "simple"; if one prefers western-style and trendy bars, these are located particularly in the west from the Vitosha boulevard). The apartment was clean, and very spacious. This was ideal for 2 couples because of the 2 double rooms, a 50 inch plasma tv and the air con was good because it was 28 degrees when I was in Sofia. I have been to Sofia a few times and stayed in 4 different apartments, this is by far the best value for money.
