  The staff was courteous and willing to help with any matter. The rooms were exceptionally clean and aired before our arrival. The beds were very comfortable and, despite the cold weather, we felt cozy and warm throughout the night. Highly recommended stay and should be ranked far higher than just 2 stars. The rooms are very well heated (in winter; and equipped with air conditioning for the hot months) and one can't hear the traffic. The staff is very accommodating (thank you for making our stay a most pleasant one!). It is a good value for money. I'd recommend it to anyone.

  The location of the hotel is central and pretty good. The staff were really friendly and helpful. you get to chose your own customized breakfast. - Helpful staff, good price, parkingm breakfast. Good hostel for short staying for that money

  This is a nice place to stay. Free and fast Wifi. Walking distance to the centre. Mall of Sofia 10 minute walk. Supermarkets and restaurants a short walk. Load of laundry is 3 euro. Private parking in the next street for 5 euro per day. There is no free public parking. Big clean room but tiny bathroom.
