No holiday can be complete without tasty food and refreshing drinks. In the Grifid, all is included in the rate. Enjoy food and drink in the main restaurant, the thematic restaurant, at the lounge bar or the lobby / poolside bar. Start your day with a continental breakfast. Lunch is served as a buffet, and for the afternoon there is pastry, snacks and ice cream. The evening meal can be enjoyed in the main buffet restaurant with show cooking and theme nights twice per week; Dinner with advanced reservation is offered at the Bulgarian, Italian and Asian à la carte restaurants. There is also a gala dinner offered in the main restaurant every 2 weeks. Exclusively international drinks are included in the ultra all-inclusive offer.

Important information to guests

Additional charges apply to guests who make use of parking spaces apart from the time staying in the hotel. Please note that the use of the safe in the rooms is against extra charge. Dress code for dinner required: for gentlemen long trousers.

Cancellation Policy	If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy	All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One children from 2 to 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged 65 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy	No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes	20 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 0.55 city/tourist tax per person per night is included.
Internet	Wi-fi is available in public areas and is free of charge.
