  Very good for its price. Nice hospitable barkeepers, clean, large enough rooms. Suites with two separate bedrooms would be great for family with children. It isn't located near the slope but main gondola lift is about 300 meters, and main slopes about 7-10 minutes walking. Because of this it's much more quiet than other hotels but still very close... what people say » to the lifts. Also, in Borovets there're no any hotels exactly on the slope, so you need to walk 3-5-10 minutes to lift from every hotel. Breakfast i - Hotel Ela is ideally located close to the Gondola lift and the village centre. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was included which gave a great start to the day. Could not fault hotel at all.

  Location was fantastic, immediately next to one of the chairlifts so ski-in-ski-out but only for part of the resort. Borovets is divided in 2 parts and acces to each bit from the other is tricky. Rooms were clean and well furnished, we had a mountain view, servive in ski rental shop was the best I've ever had. Boots and skis waiting everyday and a... what people say » ssistance always. - Location was the best possible for ski in Borovets. We had half board, and we considered the dinner good and with enough options (the drinks were not included, but the price was fair). The hotel is good in general, as expected for a 4 star hotel. We had parking place, even the parking area was crowded. Prices for extra services (drinks, minibar) were fair.
