Staff were helpful, the location was convenient for access to the mountains. The rate was good for the facilities available. Swimming pool Pleasent staff. pool,spa centar,lobi bar. The peace and quite. ease of access to all public areas. Location is the best thing about the hotel. Rooms were of good size and resonably well equiped /comfortable.Location was perfect..... Right in the heart of the resort. Despite theaverage choice and quality of the food and the terrible customer service........ we enjoyed our holiday and would stay here again ..but onlyuntil such time that a Hotel opens in Borovets that offers much higherstandards of Comfort,Food and Customer Service !!.
