Don't be fooled! there is no comparison with the other hotels whatsoever! Pure affordable luxury! - Absolutely great friendly staff, Eva can help you to arrange everything, Mario can assist you at any time, Via does fantastic Balinese massage and everyone else is just as wonderful. The hotel has a nice atmosphere, very cosy bar with a fire to relax after a ski day! Also hot jacuzzi outside was very nice. The room was spacious and quiet. Breakfast was good. Shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes to take you to the gondola and back. On the whole my stay was extremely pleasant!

  I was impressed by room's size-around 30 sq m. In fact, it was the largest hotel room I have ever been to. The view from our room was fantastic- mountains:). In addition, the staff seemed very friendly and polite. Hotel's spa facilities-excellent as well as nice size swimming pool. We liked the view to the mountain, the location that is upper on the mountain, it's quiet and relaxing, the spa, the big pool, the heated chairs, the fireplace at the entrance, the polite staff. The design of the rooms is very modern. We had all the amenities in the kitchen (we even had a dish washer). Bathrobes and slippers are provided on the reception.   In fact we stayed in the appartments of the hotel, because it was said that on the day of our arrival they had a problem with the internet, so they did n't see our booking, so they kindly took us to the appartments. - A good and new hotel, close to the ski lift. Friendly staff, nice spa center.

  This is a great place and excellent value for money. Our apartment was spacious and light with well equipped kitchen that come handy as we did not feel like eating out. SPA facilities are excellent, large swimming pool and relaxing Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. I particularly liked the lobby with the roaring fire place really welcoming and cosy.... what people say » Staff was very professional and always keen to help us. I also found the location very convenient, only about 1o minutes’ walk to the ski lift and ev - This hotel is Excellent and I would give it full 10 marks. Unlike other places we stayed in, with this hotel you get what you see on the pictures and description. We stayed in a studio apartment which was specious, with modern furniture, clean and warm. The bed was very comfortable. The facilities in the hotel are also very good and importantly they were clean. We thoroughly enjoyed using the pool, Jacuzzi and steam room. The service is also first–rate and we found the staff extremely helpful.

  Nice view from the window. Big apartment, quite and noisy district. In the room is the small kitchen with toaster, microwave and everything to prepare a meal. The staff is nice. And breakfast is quite good.
