We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights 15th-18th June. Having been travelling for most of the day through the mountains on the superb narrow gauge railway from Septemvri to Bansko it was late and we were tired. We had a fine stay at Pirin River Spa. The hotel is well located, 15 min walk away from gondola and 5-10 min walk away from the town (depends where you want to go). The staff was willing to help you. E.g. I had some questions about public transport by bus to Sofia and they immediatly answerde my quetsion by searching on internet and offerde me to bring me to the busstation. The room was good and there was a big choice of food while having breakfest. One evening I ate at the restaurant which was also really good. The Teddy House is an nice not to big place to stay!

We were in the apartment for 3 person. We liked the view to the mountain, the location that is upper on the mountain, it's quiet and relaxing, the spa, the big pool, the heated chairs, the fireplace at the entrance, the polite staff.
The design of the rooms is very modern.
We had all the amenities in the kitchen (we even had a dish washer). Bathrobes and slippers are provided on the reception.

Absolutely great friendly staff, Eva can help you to arrange everything, Mario can assist you at any time, Via does fantastic Balinese massage and everyone else is just as wonderful. The hotel has a nice atmosphere, very cosy bar with a fire to relax after a ski day! Also hot jacuzzi outside was very nice. The room was spacious and quiet. Breakfast was good. Shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes to take you to the gondola and back. On the whole my stay was extremely pleasant!
