  We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights 15th-18th June. Having been travelling for most of the day through the mountains on the superb narrow gauge railway from Septemvri to Bansko it was late and we were tired. A delightful receptionist greeted us and informed us that she would be upgrading us from our booked 'Budget Studio' to a more deluxe studio ... what people say » at no extra charge. The studio was wonderful being very spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. We had a balcony which provided us with spectacu - We had a fine stay at Pirin River Spa. The hotel is well located, 15 min walk away from gondola and 5-10 min walk away from the town (depends where you want to go). There is a non-stop shuttle service of Pirin River Spa to the gondola and back in the morning, and at the afternoon. Except the given hours you can also call the shuttle for free to pick you up.   I could not fault this place. Staff went out of their way to make our stay there the best it could be. Not only did they allow us to check-in to our room at 5am (normal check-in is at 2pm) but they helped book our transfers, provided extra in their welcome pack (beers, wine, biscuits..), brought our food orders from the pub to our room and allowed... what people say » us to have a late check-out as our flight was in the early hours of the morning. The room was the perfect size, we had a view of the mountains and it - Adam and Christian were very friendly and extremely supportive. The price was excellent, my room was comfy and clean, the gym and pool facilities were a very welcoming touch, breakfast was 'spot-on' and the location was great. I recommend this for any young professional looking for a great skiing holiday at an affordable price.

  Everything is perfect. The villa was amazing. It was equipped with all the stuff we need for living. It was very clean and very safe . The manager was very friendly . I liked her very much. The location is good. It is really comfortable and nice for families or couples.

You need to give them half hour warning to turn on the sauna, steam-bath and jacuzzi, which is cool. Rooms were warm and there was always hot water. The room was good and there was a big choice of food while having breakfest. One evening I ate at the restaurant which was also really good. The Teddy House is an nice not to big place to stay!
