  A very pleasant hotel with the friendliest owners I have met. Had a great time, the traditional meals were very tasty and very cheap, the wine was excellent. Not very far from the gondola. The sauna and the jacuzzi were very relaxing and the wifi was working great. - Good position, lovely owners, great value.

  i really liked the staff and owner of the hotel.they are very very friendly and helpful about everything.the room was clean and they cleaned it every day.breakfast was great.also we had no problem with heating.if you are skiing, hotel is 5-10 minute walk from lift, for that price of hotel, i could walk 1 hour to lift :D - The room was very nice ... what people say » - clean and warm , the hotel location is good , the staff was very helpful and friendly , the food in the restaurant was excellent .   We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights 15th-18th June. Having been travelling for most of the day through the mountains on the superb narrow gauge railway from Septemvri to Bansko it was late and we were tired. A delightful receptionist greeted us and informed us that she would be upgrading us from our booked 'Budget Studio' to a more deluxe studio ... what people say » at no extra charge. The studio was wonderful being very spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. We had a balcony which provided us with spectacu - We had a fine stay at Pirin River Spa. The hotel is well located, 15 min walk away from gondola and 5-10 min walk away from the town (depends where you want to go). There is a non-stop shuttle service of Pirin River Spa to the gondola and back in the morning, and at the afternoon. Except the given hours you can also call the shuttle for free to pick you up.   The hotel is located close to gondola, near the Strazhite and Valevichata hotels at the intersection of Glazne and Pirin strs. (Approx 150-200m from gondola). The room we stayed was clean and it had refrigerator (which is rare at other Bansko hotels :p ). The breakfast was excellent, even if it wasn't a buffet-one.   I could not fault this place. Staff went out of their way to make our stay there the best it could be. Not only did they allow us to check-in to our room at 5am (normal check-in is at 2pm) but they helped book our transfers, provided extra in their welcome pack (beers, wine, biscuits..), brought our food orders from the pub to our room and allowed... what people say » us to have a late check-out as our flight was in the early hours of the morning. The room was the perfect size, we had a view of the mountains and it - Adam and Christian were very friendly and extremely supportive. The price was excellent, my room was comfy and clean, the gym and pool facilities were a very welcoming touch, breakfast was 'spot-on' and the location was great. I recommend this for any young professional looking for a great skiing holiday at an affordable price.
