  Everything was perfect, nothing was too much trouble. Wonderful place, brilliant hosts, not constantly fussing over us but efficient and accommodating.   Everyone at the Hotel was extremely friendly and very helpful. They drew maps of the area and suggested good places to eat and drink and hire equipment. We were offered lifts to the gondola by the owner of the Hotel and they even upgraded our room during our stay.
