Hotel Gergana was an amazing value for such a wonderful experience. So relaxing and so accommodating!. Most of the staff, location. The only thing we didn't like was that you never knew when to expect the cleaning staff to enter your room - either to clean or check the mini bar/fridge. Although they never came in after 5 pm. Smell from pipes and some staff. Was german,french,russian,romanian and bulgarian turists but program (background music at breackfast, lunch and diner) was just in german almoust all-time.
