location is very good. apartment is near the sea, park and the central part of the city. there is good restaraunt called Happy which is situated very close to the apartment. there is huge balcony with nice view.apartment is very clean and comfortable. personnel is very friendly .we spent nice time with children there. -

The moment we arrived staff greeted us very politely. The rooms are big and clean. Bathrooms have both shower cabin and a bathtub, so it is spacious. There's a TV in the room, and a balcony. Best price & quality ratio ever met in 5 stars hotels in Europe. Probably because of cheap labor expenses still you can enjoy service corresponding to a high level hotel on a reasonable value. At the hotel works modest and professional staff, there are excellent facilities the location; kitchen and security are very good.

Villa Bagheera is a part of the Emerald complex which is big and very family oriented. That means a lot of children playing around the pool. However, this does not bother us at all, as we like children. The Spa area is said to be among the best in Bulgaria, we didnt use it however.
