Excellent breakfast included in price. Employees spoke excellent English. Right next door to great shopping mall. Room for 3 people, my husband, myself and our grown son had an entirely separate room with bath for our son (unlike some triple rooms that just include a cot in the room). Good taxi service out front. Great beds. Location is very good, adjacent to Ibirapuera Shopping Mall, and close to Congohas airport and other important points of interest. Breakfast is very good and included in the rate, laundry is same day as standard and the best wrapping I've ever seen in an hotel. Gym is good and they have a nice pool.
all reviews » The Hotel is located in a great neighborhood of São Paulo, alongside the Ibirapuera Shopping Mall and close to all kinds of restaurants and bars. The room is comfortable and clean and the staff is very helpfull. The Breakfast is excellent. Hotel was near to the domestic airport Congonhas, which could be considered a plus. Also, it is in the mddle of the residential area and green part of the city. Breakfast was good and personnel speaking english. i really like that next to hotel there is a shopping mall the location is great safe and beautiful easy access to taxi at hotel to and from around city i definitly will visit again soon. Wifi was weak at higher floor corners..but they changed my room and was ok.. Internet access was so slow it was unusable at peak times of day (e.g. in the evenings). I made reservation for two rooms the same type when I went to check in one up-grade and the other down-grade I pay a lot and get less. No Wi-fi on the 13th floor. Receptionists women unkind Standard rooms very simple, could be cleaner and have no good view. Room was terribly cold even without ac turned on; layout of room was very poorly arranged especially the bathroom the way the door opened almost touching the sink - poor use of space. light switches very strangely arranged; bed not super comfortable. Dirty carpets very noisy due to planes flying right by the window (close to Congonhas airport). Service is worse every time. For the 4th time in a row, my room didnt have any soap in the bath. When I asked for it, they brought me a box of soap that was already open and the soap was wet. It seemed to be an used one. They also brought me the meal I ordered at the room service missing one item. I also waited for 1:30 hour for them to bring me the wine carte and I ordered the wine but they never delivered it and they charged itin my account. rooms old , lobby bar very run down lausy furniture,no style . price. check out unprofessional and too slow. checkin too long and a waiting line of more than 30 min. Needs full refurbishing. Floor carpet dirty with spots. They charge for every single thing, including hot water. The hotel double charged me. I filled a claim and still no answer from the hotel.
