swimming pool is fantastic, very good bar service. Amazing gym

The facilities are good and spacious, especially compared to hotels in Rio city itself

Service is the weak point of the hotel. They are friendly, but slow. Trying to get an appointment for a massage at the spa was like getting blood out of a stone

I liked the layout of my room. It was L-shaped with a nice, spacious balcony with a view of the beach and sea.

The hotel desperately needs an upgrade. It is really tired.Carpets and furnishings were old and dirty.

The location, in front of the beach. Staff were curteous.

The quality of our room. The furniture was quite ordinary for a room of this price. Excessive humidity in the room. The room was not clean, in fact we could see mildew everywhere in the bathroom. Despite several complaints, the cleanliness didn't improve to our expectations, and we weren't offered to switch to another room. Room (cleaning) service was inconsistent. A very disappointing stay.
