Cancellation Policy	If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy	All children are welcome. One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One older child or adult is charged BRL 48 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. There is no capacity for cots in the room.
Deposit Policy	100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes	5 % VAT is included. 10 % service charge per room per night is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet	Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.
