I really enjoyed my suite. It was quite comfortable and the balcony was huge.

Internet connection was poor. There is definetely room for improvement in this area.

We did like every single detail related to hotel. From breakfast to pools and bedroom.

The major drawback is the location. If you are planning to go to Barra Beach by foot, google will send you to the longest way. Cause the quick one (15' by foot) you have to pass through a viaduct and go down a hill. Or take a cab, and they can despise you and go the google direction taking twice of time and price of needed (10 reais is the correct way).

It´s close to most of our customers and the rooms are very confortable.

Poor connection of Interenet. I should be better otherwise will make us not come back there if we need this resource.

The size of the Rooms and the enviroment of the place that looks like you are at your family house.

The quality of the Internet connection. Although it´s free the quality is poor. So if I have to come back again and need the connection ofInternet I will think over to come back.

Poor experience with foreigners The fact that some of the services offered by the hotel, like internet or lobby bar, are outsourced, so the guest has to spend his time trying to solve the problem. Moreover, I was told by an attendant at the reception desk, it was my problem!

- Difficult to see the hotel when driving The hotel name should be changed to make it easier to be located. - Bath shower box should be better cleaned.

WiFi is too weak to use. The way to barra beach is far, not easy to find and not safe.
