Fantastic hotel and close to Copacabana beach and other attractions. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly too. Breakfast was really good too and the room was nice and the bathroom was great also. Nice pool at the top of the hotel too and view.

The staff was great and helpful getting around city and telling me good spots and safe spots to go to. The Copacabana Beach is two blocks away and gorgeous. There is a pool on the roof with a great city and ocean view.
When we arrived, the concierge was very helpful. We were allowed an early check in with no problems. The location is also close to Copacabana beach.

We left early in the morning and asked the concierge to get us a taxi. He called a guy personally and they tried to overcharge - especially compared to the price we had paid upon arrival to the hotel.

At arrival, receptionist (an extremely unfriendly woman) gave downgraded
room (from single standard to no view room), moisty and smelly. Had to
insist to get what I reserved for and was far from being a pleasant
experience . It's an old hotel, badly renovated with a pretentious
staff. Don't expect a warm welcome if you book with a promotion from
letsbookhotel.com.
They wanted to charge us for a product that the consumer, and forced us to the web browsing allotted time we have not received,
