Room information details

All 5 rooms have been individually named in reference to the fabrics used in their respective decor. They are between 30 m² and 60 m² in size and offer high ceilings, wooden floor and plenty of natural light. They also feature a private bathroom, antique furniture and some Brazilian elements from the 1950s and the 1960s.

Travelling information

From the international Galeon Airport, a cab will drive you directly to the hotel (included).
By car, from the Center of town, take the Rua Francisco Muratori, from the Av. Gomez Freire.
The rua Joaquim Murtinho is the first street with the tramway, going up in the district of Santa Teresa.
By bus, take the little buses going from the Largo da Carioca (Metro station in the center of town) till Santa Teresa. The bus stop in front of the house.
By Tram, from the terminus station in the center (Largo da Carioca), stop at the second station, in front of the house.

Cancellation Policy	If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy	All children are welcome. One further child under 10 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged BRL 130.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy	50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes	5 % VAT is included. 10 % service charge per room per night is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet	Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Meal Plan	Breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking	Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).
Pets	Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
