We loved the Pousada do Vale, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the food was fantastic (fish night is a real treat) and although the bed was uncomfortable the rooms were nicely decorated and very clean! The room with air conditioning, satellite TV, and a soft bed. The staff was friendly, professional, flexible, and made sure we had activities we liked. The food was excellent (fresh juice from fruits in the garden) and everyone was kind. The Thursday-night fish dinner was a special touch. The garden and hammock were great.

The Pousada is nice and has two swimming pools and nice rooms. The
breakfast is typical Brazilian so lots of cakes and fruits, but they
also have some Ham, Mortadella, cheese, scrambled egg, Tapioca and more
so for every taste there is something. The personal is really friendly
and helpful, they organize everything for you
(diving/buggy/sightseeing trips and more). Only Gustavo who is
there in the afternoon is speaking English, so some phrases are good to
know in Portuguese. The rooms are nice
