  I was upgraded to an ocean view room. The room was very comfortable and quiet with a magnificent view - as had the gym and the breakfast terrace. Breakfast was excellent, as would be expected for a hotel of its level. The gym was very well equipped. Location is excellent - right across from the beach. The corridors were wide and clean and well dec... what people say » orated and made the accommodation seem welcoming. - Your front desk staff, Renato, who works the night shift. He was genuine and sincere of our needs and surprised us with champagne when he found out it was our 20 years wedding anniversary. We remember him out of the many hotels we visited to four countries in our first South America trip. Because of his outstanding customer service, I will be recommending your hotel to my wide network:)
