  We had a leak in one of the newer rooms. Our lonely plant guide was ruined - the staff were simply awesome !! We were upgraded to a better room overlooking the street and the replaced our much needed brazil lonely planet guide - so for service that's the kind of thing that makes a business brilliant customer service - breakfast was good too!   Location Prompt reply from the Staff I had a problem with the Air conditionair and it took only half An hour, after my request, to have it replaced for a New one by the Staff.It happened in the second day of the trip around five o'clock Pm.
