  Great hotel and we had a lovely stay. They upgraded us to a bungalow for free. The manager and staff were super helpful even though our Spanglish was not great. They really bent over backwards and went out of their way to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. Breakfast was good, with options.   Front desk staff were very very helpful and very obliging. We were on route to the Amazon for a 3 day trip and spent 2 nights stopover at Park Suites. We were upgraded to a huge room overlooking the river and had a lovely 2 day stay. Breakfast had a variety of options as well.
